About Fit to Limit

Most upload forms reject files that are too large, and most compressors ask you to guess a quality setting. Fit to Limit works the other way round — you tell it the limit, and it finds the best quality that fits.

Every page is a tool set up for a specific limit — a messenger, an email provider, a visa or government portal. Limits come from official documentation and show the date we checked them.

Processing happens entirely in your browser with WebCodecs and WebAssembly. There is no server that receives your files, so once you have used a tool, it keeps working when you go offline.
